These terms govern your use of revivalryf.com (the "Site") and any orders placed through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

1. About us

Revival is a brand owned and operated by PEERZADA ENTERPRISE ("we", "us", "our"), a multi-brand retailer of branded casual wear and streetwear, sourcing from brand partners and authorised distributors. References to "Revival" on this Site refer to the brand; the contracting party for any order is PEERZADA ENTERPRISE. Contact: admin@revivalryf.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these terms on your behalf.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Products, prices, and availability

• We display products with reasonable accuracy, but actual colours may vary depending on your screen.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST as applicable.
• Prices, availability, and promotions can change at any time without notice.
• Stock is limited. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order — including after order confirmation — if there is a pricing error, stock shortage, or suspicion of fraud. In such cases, we will refund any amount paid.

5. Authenticity

All branded products sold on Revival are sourced from brand partners, authorised distributors, or end-of-line stockists. We do not sell counterfeit or replica items. If you ever doubt the authenticity of a product, email admin@revivalryf.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will investigate.

6. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we send you the order confirmation email and begin processing. Until then, we may cancel or reject any order.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay), UPI, net banking, and supported wallets. We do not store your card details — they are handled by Razorpay, who is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.

8. Shipping

We ship across India only. See our shipping policy for delivery timelines, costs, and tracking. Once a package leaves our warehouse, delivery is handled by our courier partner.

9. Returns & refunds

See our Returns & Refunds Policy. By placing an order you agree to that policy.

10. Promo codes & discounts

• Codes apply to eligible items only and cannot be combined unless explicitly marked as stackable.
• Codes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire on the date shown.
• We may invalidate or cancel codes that have been used in bad faith or distributed without authorisation.

11. Intellectual property

All site content — including the Revival name, logo, text, layouts, photography, and code — is owned by PEERZADA ENTERPRISE or used under licence, and protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. Brand-name products sold on the site remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or republish any part of the Site without our written permission, except for personal non-commercial use.

12. Your conduct

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; interfere with its operation; attempt to gain unauthorised access; scrape data; impersonate others; or post abusive, defamatory, or infringing content in reviews. We may remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion.

13. Reviews & user content

Only verified buyers can post product reviews. By posting, you grant Revival a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the content (including any photos) on the Site and our marketing. You retain ownership.

14. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revival's total liability arising from any order is limited to the price you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Indian law.

15. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control — natural disasters, riots, lockdowns, courier disruptions, government action, or similar.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or use the Site fraudulently. You may close your account any time by emailing us.

17. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra. Before approaching the courts, we encourage you to reach out to us — most issues can be resolved within 30 days.
