We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Here's everything you need to know.

1. Where we ship

India only, including all serviceable PIN codes. International shipping is not available yet — sorry. Follow @revival_ryf for updates.

2. Shipping cost

• Free on orders over ₹2,500.00.
• ₹5.00 flat on orders below that.
• Both fees and free-shipping thresholds shown above are the latest — verified at checkout.

3. Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

4. Delivery time

• Metros (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune): 2–4 business days.
• Tier 2 & 3 cities: 4–7 business days.
• Remote / north-east / island PIN codes: up to 10 business days.

These are estimates from when the order leaves our Mumbai warehouse. Courier delays can happen and are usually beyond our control — we'll always help track and escalate if something's stuck.

5. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email and SMS with the tracking link. You can also see live status under My Orders.

6. Payment methods

We accept all major Indian payment methods via Razorpay: credit / debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay), UPI, net banking, and popular wallets. Cash on Delivery is currently not available.

7. Undeliverable packages

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, refused, no contact after multiple attempts), we'll refund the order value minus the actual shipping cost incurred. We'll always contact you first before this happens.

8. Damaged in transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it before opening and email us within 48 hours at admin@revivalryf.com. We'll sort it out fast.
